GORDON BENNETT LIFE SO FAR IN PICTURES

Arrival in U.K April 2014
8.15 April 5th a long all nighter by road and sea and an almost catatonic un named barely handled boy arrives
He lay on a pile of hay all day in the paddock with a bucket of water by his side
Picture
Day 2 Clipped and cleaned and medicated
It took Ian hours to carefully clip all the dead hair and muck off while carefully avoiding the sore weeping skin under his tummy and the bony angles

Dec 2020 I moved Gordon to Woolstone  and moved him myself and then saw him twice more on arrival day and then left him to settle and tried not to go too early so they would not think I was a silly owner and the picture on the left is how  he looked I thought he was ill his little face had fallen in

And the picture on the right is him moments later whinnying as he realises he has not been sold ! I never would have believed it At least I know he loves his mummy !

I have done ten times as much with him at Woolstone than ever before Its a lovely yard with really nice people
